The services offered constitute physical conditioning guidance, educational content, and personal training only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any disease, condition, or ailment.
Before commencing any physical conditioning program, you must obtain clearance from a qualified medical professional. If you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual symptoms during training, cease all activity immediately and seek emergency medical attention. The Provider assumes no liability for injuries or health complications resulting from participation without appropriate medical clearance.
By accessing the website, submitting data, or purchasing any Service Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, cease all use immediately.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess legal capacity to enter contracts. The Provider reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements or violate these Terms.
The Provider offers physical conditioning guidance based on exercise science principles and personal experience. All protocols are educational and tailored to self-reported information. The Provider does not:

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. The Provider shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, or loss arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct as determined by a court.
Prior to commencing any protocol, you must obtain written clearance from a licensed physician. You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, injuries, or limitations. Failure to disclose constitutes a material breach.
All Service Packages must be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods: bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Pricing adjustments require 30 days advance notice to active clients.
All content is the exclusive property of the Provider and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission.
The Provider agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal data, health information, and training records, except as required by law or with your express consent. You agree not to disclose proprietary protocols or methodologies without authorization.
The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. No liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify the Provider from claims arising from: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) misuse of the website or Services; (c) infringement of third-party rights; (d) your negligent or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of The Hague (Den Haag), Netherlands.
If any provision is held invalid, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified to preserve original intent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements. No amendment is effective unless in writing signed by both parties.
